Frequently Asked Questions
How fast can you respond to urgent projects or emergencies?
Our rapid response team can respond to emergency repair needs within an hour and mobilize a team of engineers and technicians to inspect damages, refine work scope, and propose viable solutions. To meet your critical timeline, we can provide round-the-clock machining in two shifts and deploy our own fleet of trucks.
What equipment can you work on?
We specialize in large complex equipment for heavy industries, hydro, wind, pulp & paper, and marine. With high precision and reliability, our skilled technicians can machine rotating components, rolls, sealing assemblies, bushings, flanges, gearbox housings, shafts, journals, and other critical heavy equipment. We will not be cost-competitive on small parts for volume manufacturing.
What is your process for a repair project from start to finish?
We work with our customers closely to understand requirements, including technical specifications, budget, and timeline. Every project is assigned an engineer to assist with the project from start to finish. Our team helps refine the work scope, explore the most viable solutions either for repair or new manufacture, conduct inspections and analysis, and document as-is conditions and final dimensions. Prior to shipping, quality control inspections and ship-prep including painting, tagging, and crating are provided.
